Ronald Van Roy, M.D., F.A.C.R.

Board Certified Radiation Oncologist

Dr. Ronald Van Roy is a graduate of Creighton Medical School in Omaha, Nebraska. He completed his internship at St. Joseph Creighton Memorial Hospital, and did his residency and fellowship at the University of Wisconsin in Madison where he was also an assistant professor.

Dr. Van Roy has been a radiation oncologist in Santa Rosa since 1974 joining Redwood Regional Medical Group in 1980. He is a Fellow of the American College of Radiology and is active in educational and academic programs with the American Society of Therapeutic Radiology, as well as Sonoma County Medical Association and California Medical Association.

Dr. Van Roy has served as President of the Sonoma County Medical Association and Delegate to the California Medical Association. He is past president of Redwood Regional Medical Group, and he has chaired many committees in our local hospitals and within the Medical Society of Sonoma County.

Throughout his many years as a physician, his focus remains on his patients, their care and welfare, and the quality of their treatment programs.
